Taking into consideration the Governments legislation, such as The Climate Change Bill, which will commit the UK to an 80% reduction in greenhouse gases by 2050, there is more pressure than ever for the Construction Industry to address building energy and efficiency.

We strive to incorporate sustainable Construction practise to improve energy conservation in line with Parts L1 and L2 of the Building Regulations.

This practise not only applies to new build projects, but also to existing buildings. Amongst other measures it is widely expected that there will be increased business rates for energy inefficient buildings.

Since a change in the law on 1st October 2009, commercial property owners throughout London and the Home Counties are required to present the Energy Performance Certificate documents to all prospective buyers. Landlords across London are legally obliged to undergo a commercial EPC assessment on each of their properties in London before renting to tenants.
