As members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) Competent Person Scheme, DC can self-certify our own residential projects. This is a legal requirement for all homeowners.

On completion of the project DC will carry out a final inspection to ensure that all works have been carried out in accordance with current building regulations. The homeowner will then receive a building control completion certificate, and a 10-year Insurance backed guarantee.
